What is Electrolysis?

Not to be confused with LASER, electrolysis is the only F. D. A. approved permanent hair removal. Electrolysis is performed by inserting a small probe, usually the size of a hair, into the follicle. Then, some heat is released to prevent the hair from growing back. A hair CAN be completely eliminated with one treatment, but MOST hairs will become significantly thinner, and then may require 1 or more treatments to finish the process. Since the treatment is delivered straight to the root, electrolysis can be used on any color/type of hair and any skin color/type.
